Our story began 15 years ago, when our founders, Ran and Liam, first collaborated on a project and discovered a shared commitment to excellence.
Since then, we’ve honed our skills and expertise to become a trusted provider of top-notch flooring solutions for homes in West Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds. We take pride in our work and go above and beyond to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the end result.

Liam Duncan
With 19 years of experience in the flooring industry and Floorskills training with NVQ, Liam is a seasoned expert when it comes to all things flooring and carpet. Having worked with various flooring companies over the years, Liam has developed a deep knowledge of the many different types of flooring available today. At L&R Carpets & Flooring, Liam is committed to delivering exceptional service and quality products to our valued customers.
Ran Pearman
Ran began his flooring journey back in 1987 as an apprentice for The Flooring Centre, Witney. There, he gained a solid foundation of knowledge in carpets, LVT, and various types of hard flooring. He then went on to work as a sub-contractor, fitting all types of flooring, before joining Kennington Flooring in 2012 as an estimator. At Kennington, Ran had the opportunity to broaden his knowledge even further, thanks to the company’s extensive range of products. Today, Ran is proud to be a co-founder of L&R Carpets and Flooring and is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
